Jay,

Having not deal with the specific components, I would
still suggest, that unless you're into overclocking,
that you should run everything a 100 Mhz.

You memory is certified for PC100, not PC133, and I
believe that the processor is designed to run on a
motherboard a 100Mhz with a multiplier of 6. Since
most people need they're system to be reliable, I lean
toward running your system at spec.
