You didn't mention what size case you were looking for or what type.  I
know that the InWin A500 mid tower case and their desktop ATX case will
fit this board.  They come with at least two ATX I/O connector templates
to fit and one of them fits the SE440BX-2 layout.  I am sure that
Enlight cases would do just as well and probably others.  HTH
