This is an article that may be of interest to some.  Much of what is
discussed here has been covered in the Zone and Omega Diet books and
elsewhere, but this is a good synopsis.  Also, the authors take issue with
Sears' position vis-a-vis what he calls the "bad" Series 2 prostaglandins.
