I admit that coffee is the only "forbidden" thing I consume.
It's a cup (OK, a *big cup* :-) when I first get up and go
and work out. (I've found working out before the first meal of
the day is best.)
I've tried substitutes: tea, green and others; I'm not precluding
trying again though.
