Yeah, way below 105--room temperature. It takes several days to dry if the
sac is intact. Cutting the sack open speeds it up. Roe has different stages
of maturity--perhaps yours is too "young"...? Sperm is much wore watery and
probably doesnt dry to well. Are you trying to dry eggs or sperm?

Sorry, never tried. Always ate it up fresh--never had any to dry.
