I am eating them raw for over 12 years and eat them whole when the
white is tasty , but end up eating more yolks than white at the end ( after
2 or 3 eggs the white become unappealing generally to me ) .
If the eggs are eaten mixed with other foods it might be wiser to discard
the white because you will not be able to have an instinctive response to it
, If you eat eggs by themselves ( one little hole at both ends and suck
the inside) let your sens of taste decide. The white at time is very welcome
to me ( may be because of its mineral content ? it rehydrate me when fresh
water can't
