know what i really didn't like in the show?  When, as someone mentioned, both
Ray and the fat lady were shown eating bacon, and Ornish & his people has a
lot of vegetables on their healthier-(looking) plates.  This was  what seemed
to be a deliberately distorted visual image to the viewer.  But, the amazon
results are interesting!  Jody
