Ray, I know you advise avoiding sugar and rightly so. But you talked
about eating a pound of bacon in the morning and they also showed you
eating ribs at a resturant and the ribs were covered with with a
barbecue sauce. I have never been able to find bacon that is not cured
with either sugar or honey and I have never seen a commercial barbecue
sauce that does not have sugar or one of its close cousins as a major
ingredient. If I were to eat either of those items I would instantly
start craving more sugar and probable not be able to control myself.

So, are you just lucky enough to be able to eat some sugar without
effect? I assume your avoidance of it is not total, but I am not being
critical, just interested.

Tom
