No, in actuality,

A carb block is:        9 gm carb       36 calories
A protein block is:        7 gm protein    28 calories
A fat block is:          3 gm fat   7  calories

These are all "food blocks".

The diet, in the books you mentioned, include such things as increasing or
decreasing the amount of carb blocks and/or fat blocks in your meals, depending
on your physiological reactions to meals.

Therefore there cannot be any fixed ratio of carbs, protein and fats.
