I'll second that. Amy's as a product line is quite good. Very responsible about labeling. And their cheese-free pizza is great.
And speaking of cheese-free pizza, pizza bagles are a great quick-grab lunch that our boys like alot. Couldn't be much easier: milk-free frozen bagels (fresh bagels are, of course, better), a jar of pre-fab pizza sause (e.g., Pizza Quick), some vegis (e.g., fresh peppers) and some protein. For the protein, we like pepperoni or sliced cooked chicken. My son pointed out that you can by "grilled chicken in a bag," which makes the meal very easy to prepare.
