Subject: Recipe: Meatloaf GF/CF/EF/DF/SF
Here are two recipes, both of which I use often. Both are free of all
gluten, corn, egg, soy and dairy.
Meatloaf - Makes 4 servings and comes out firm - I usually make two.
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce (I substitute 2 tablespoons of the Miss Roben's
recipe Worcestershire sauce)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
pepper to taste
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
Combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef and pork; mix well. Shape into
a loaf in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or
until meat is not pink. Let stand for 10 minutes.
