Just a little FYI on a product I recently tried: I
found some frozen waffles by an organic cereal company
that say they are dairy and egg free. I'm LI and
didn't have any problem with them. They are made by
Nature's Path (http://www.naturespath.com) and are
just like Eggos. I tried the "Flax Plus." Now, I'm
not sure what 'flax' is, but there were seeds in the
waffles which were a little larger than sesame seeds.

I put maple syrup on them and they tasted good. I
threw the box out so I can't give you the ingredients,
but if I buy them again, I'll post that info.

I also bought a frozen dessert called Sweet Nothings,
which is K-Parve. It was like ice cream, but very
creamy, soft and TASTEY! Their site is
www.turtlemountain.com I believe.

For those in MA, I got these at Bread & Circus.
