Since the McDonald's topic is up again, I thought I'd share a recent
experience. Perhaps it won't help you unless you are in the KC area but
it could happen anywhere.

We went on a weekend trip to Kansas City, MO and St. Joseph, MO area
this past
weekend. Elizabeth had a bad reaction after eating a plain
hamburger in the McDonald's in Cameron, Missouri. It is a small town
north of KC about 35 miles. We were there to attend a wedding and hoped

to get a quick, easy lunch. The only cause we can figure is the buns.
All the buns were toasted on the grill. I've never seen that at a
McDonald's before. Luckily a few Benadryl made the bumps go away before

the wedding and all was well.
