Just realized the address (1 west 67th Street), 1 West 64th Street was
recently done with the "French" system.

Subject: Facade cleaning catastrophes (or is it --phies?)
A 908- engineer is developing specs for cleaning the facade of the Hotel des
Artistes (built in 1917 at 1 West 67th Street). The 212- managing agent
says they are proceeding carefully because they are worried about water
penetration disasters, either from a prolonged mist, or from the
power-washdown of a detergent process.
What's the worst-case event (of this sort) that list members know about?
