I recently installed a H-P 8200i and have had no trouble with it.

Main reason for choosing H-P was their Tech Support and good bundled easy
to use Adaptec software.

I was a little confused about the installation and then the operation,
but H-P came to my rescue. Spent very little time on hold, walked me
through the procedures and was very patient.

Only downside with H-P is Tech Support number is not an 800, but as I
said, minimum hold time.
