Hi,
On Abit Motherboards, in the BIOS there is a setting on the CPU Soft Menu
II page (off the main BIOS page), that is labelled "Speed Error Hold", if
this is enabled and you have any of the CPU parameters not at default
settings (i.e. overclocked) you will get this message, just disable the
"Speed Error Hold" and it will boot normally, even if overclocked.
