create a directory in DOS (C:\win98).
go to the D:\win98 directory (assuming your CD is drive D:)
at the D:\win98\ prompt, type this --
D:\win98\copy *.* c:\win98
After this is done, you can run setup or install from C:\win98 -- it will
be MUCH faster, too.
