I have been unable to find dairy free candy bars. I have made my own by
taking dairy free chocolate chips and melting them with dairy free margerine
then poured into a candy mold. The chocolate gets hard (not soft like milk
chocolate) but still tastes good. I don't know if a little rice milk would
make them any softer, has anyone tried this? Does anyone else know of a
dairy free brand of chocolate bars? I have also made little peanut butter
cups in mini cupcake pans but they get pretty messy with the hard chocolate
shell.
