The milk substitute product known as Lactaid 100 states it is lactose free. Is this safe for us LI folks since it also contains lactase enyzmes. I'm considering trying this. Was using a product known as Cereal Match (soy base products) sold at Smith's and haven't been able to find it lately. Thought I would try the Lactaid 100. What's the opinion out there. Thanks.
