Tanya -- I am not able to answer your question about a possible
relationship between EBV and dairy. However, it is possible that you may a
situation like my wife has to deal with. She has MS and another
allergy-like problem with chlorophyll which gives almost identical
symptoms. The solution of course is to avoid those things which induce MS
attacks AND eat nothing with chlorophyll in it. My suggestion is that you
follow a similar regime by avoiding dairy (and stress, etc).

I am severely LI but have morphed into dairy allergic for the whey
proteins. You may be going through a similar process as you age.
