The Physician's Desk reference lists several forms of Claritin (loratadine)

Claritin tablets contain lactose.
Claritin syrup is lactose-free.
Claritin Reditabs are lactose-free.

There are also Claritin-D extended release tabs, which is a combination of
loratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate.
Claritin-D 12 hour contains lactose.
Claritin-D 24 hour is lactose-free.
I know that looks weird, but that's the way they do it.
