Hey, Yukon Guy, Do Have Street People Up There?

                I feel like we're missing out on one of the great common
elements of North American urban life. We have people who hang out on the
streets, their addictions there for all to see, but given the weather here,
being homeless means being dead. I suspect that many Yukoners whose lives
have gone that way have made their way to BC.
