The APT'rs, who may have the sort of technical info you are looking for, are
currently assembling in Banff. I suggest you repeat your inquiry next week.
Otherwise, try Don Friedman at LZA [log in to unmask] and see if he has
any ideas. You may also try the Federal Transportation website... there are
engineers out there who are into steel bridges and you should be able to
reach someone via e-mail for a contact. They give out awards for restoration
of historic bridges. I'm not sure of the URL, I have it on computer at home,
let me know if you need it.
