Are you sure that there isn't a typo here?  I think these are standard SPAY
specifications.

Spray Specs

I'm not sure which part of the architect's brain specifications for
restoration projects come from. The following is from a spec for a project I
am bidding:

"Contractor shall be sprayed at 30 PSI and rinsed with a 5 GPM nozzle at
1500
PSI."

I am assuming the media is water, and not cat barf.
