In my mind the point is that in our high-pressure, fast-paced world, we
have to challenge ourselves to maintain a modicum of understanding, and
maybe once in a while, even a little compassion for the less powerful
player. We have to remember that nothing gets done without him, and it
serves no-one to break a good man who may have made a mistake. (And all the
more so if it turns out that he didn't.)
