Dear Listmembers, I called the Cabot Creamery Cooperative today, 10/8/99, and
spoke to a representative.  She assurred me that all their cheese products
are gluten free and she also stated that there is no possibility of any cross
contamination with gluten.  I think that this is important to ask every
representative!

  Also, the label on my Vermont Cheddar Cheese states that it contains 0mg of
lactose per serving.
