I received a letter from Land O'Lakes saying to check their ingredient
listings, that their natural dairy products did not contain gluten, and the
products containing gluten "include pasta and some ice cream products."
They enclosed a list of organizations that deal with food allergies
(including CSA and GIG)AND... a little booklet of Best Cookie Contest
Winning Recipes, which, of course, all included all-purpose flour.
