RUMBALLS
150g GF Cooking Chocolate
3 tablespoons Bacardi Rum (or other GF Rum)
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Cocoa (Nestles or Cadbury's)
100 g ground Almonds
125g Margarine
250g Pure Icing Sugar, sifted (eg GF)
100g *Chocolate Sprinkles
Melt the broken-up cooking chocolate, then mix in rum, salt, cocoa,
margarine, ground almonds (100g) and icing sugar. Mix well.
Keep this mixture for at least one hour refrigerated.
Then form into balls (approx. 2 cm) and roll them in chocolate
sprinkles*.
*NOTE: Since I did not find GF chocolate sprinkles I substituted ground
almonds for this item.
Calories-wise it tends to be a little on the high side.
