Dear List Members,
Just one more warning about risotto. I love it, eat it often, even eat it
in restaurants. However, I always check to make sure the stock (chicken
broth) is made in the restaurant's own kitchen. Now I have added another
question. I ask them if it is made with pure rice products. Some
"designer" chefs are now using grains like barley in the risotto mixture.
