To my knowledge, quinoa is not a gluten-containing grain.  See the attached
web-site.  You'll see that CSA has it on it's safe list:
   http://www.celiac.com/forbiden.html

They used to note that you need to be cautious of cross-contamination.  I buy
my bread mix from Sylvan Border Farm.  It has quinoa and amaranth.  They sell
it as a gluten-free product.  A couple of people that work there have celiac.
