Hi everyone,
I too bought one of those Cuisinart ice-cream makers at the beginning of the
summer, and sad to say, although it has shed its wrapping, it has yet to be
used. I'm not an ice-cream fan, but my dairy intolerant 4 year old adores the
stuff, and that's why I bought it. Does anyone have a recipe for ICE CREAM,
not sorbets or frozen yogurts or anything else, but ICE CREAM, that I can
make in this thing, dairy free. All the recipes that came with it for same
involve cream, and I just don't know what to use as a substitute. Any help,
ideas, recipes would be greatly appreciated. Can you believe the summer is
almost over again?
