Another idea for finding safe restaurant possibilities in Florida:
Before moving to the Chicago area a year ago, I lived in Florida for 20 years
-- most of that in South Florida.
My son is anaphylactic to only milk (don't have to worry about eggs or soy),
so I don't know if this will help....
We looked for Kosher restaurants when we ate out. If Corey had a meat dish,
we could be assured that his food would be milk-free with little-to-no risk
of contamination.
Being Catholic, I was not familiar with which restaurants were Kosher, so I
called a local temple and explained my situation to them. They were truly
helpful, providing me with the names and numbers of several Kosher
restaurants in my area.
Just a thought.....but please be aware...I don't have to worry about soy and
egg issues.
Good luck and enjoy your visit to sunny Florida (I miss it!)

Rose
