That's right, a powerful system and especialy better sound card can improve
accurate. As I remember, you will need SoundBlaster PCI 128, lot of memory
(start from at least 64M), powerful CPU (300Mhz) and long time to train the
software to claim over 95% accurate. You can simple change a sound card to
get better result.
