Michael,
I don't know if this will apply directly to your situation,
but I personally had one whale of a time with SUWIN myself a while
back. After having gone through numerous steps to insure I had done
all else correctly, it turned out that I had bad cache. I don't
know exactly how those 2 are related; I'm sure someone more
knowledgeable on the list could probably explain.
