If you are in desperate need for space and have a fast PC (over 486/66
and 16M ram - WIndows 3.11, Pentium-133 and 32M ram - Win9x ) then
drivespace will not slow you down very noticeably. The compression
will work best on text files, uncompressed images, etc... if you have
an mp3 collection, it won't help.

A less radical way is to use any packer (WinZIP, ARJ, RAR, ACE) to
compress your less-used files and free space.
