Having problems with paper jams. Manual feed and print quality both ok.
Problem is when printing using paper from the paper tray. Paper feeds about
3 inches and then stops. Printer pauses and then reports a paper jam. If I
open and close the cover it will sometimes continue to feed and print. I've
had the printer for about 1 year but it doesn't get much use. It's only on
the 2nd toner cartridge. I've cleaned/blown out the insides with canned air
but it didn't help. Has anyone had any experience with this problem?
