On The NOSPIN Group web site we have these instructions in the
Bob's Troubleshooting Basics column (volume #3):

               "Simply either use the jumper
               provided on the motherboard to discharge the power to
               the CMOS, flushing out all your settings, reverting to the
               defaults of the motherboard…  or pull the battery from the
               motherboard.  Removing the battery will accomplish the
               same thing, although you will need to wait longer in most
               cases for the power to disperse when removing the
               battery.  Usually it takes only a few seconds with the
               jumper and can take anywhere from 10 seconds to an hour
               for the power to disperse when you remove the battery
               and the CMOS settings to flush."

This will remove the password from any PC computer, then you can
enter the CMOS.
