  The modem-modem ("modem-TO-modem") speed is the speed over the phone line --
 14.4K, 28.8K, 33.6K or whatever.  The computer-modem ("computer-TO-modem")
speed is the speed that the CPU and software see the serial port running at --
 115K is a good choice.  [These are sometimes called the DCE and DTE speeds
respectively.]
