The source of the issue was related to two memory cards not being
inserted correctly. Once I reinserted the memory correctly, the below
mentioned error codes disappeared. Problem solved!

| Glen, the error is at Start-up. I reformatted the drive (Western
| Digital) and attempted to load Win98 and was unsuccessful. Now there
| is a secondary message:
