The HD's should always be master, removeable drives should be secondary if there
are no master positions available (occupied by HD's). If you have one HD on
primary master, put the CDROM as secondary master. If you have two HD's, put the
CDROM as secondary slave. If you have an LS120, I would put that on primary
slave. The idea is generally to avoid having anything as slave on the primary
channel since that is the most used disk, if you have to, put the slower, less
frequently used device on primary slave (LS120 or ZIP).
