Gerry, what did you do to replace the motherboard?  Did you remove all
devices in the Device manager before trying to start up with the new
motherboard?  If not, you may be able to get your system back by booting to
the safe mode and removing everything from the device manager.  Then reboot
and let the motherboard detect and load the drivers for the new motherboard
components.  You probably will have to run any software provided with the
motherboard to get some of the controllers to load their special
drivers.  Maybe this will be a start for you.
