hi karl, congratulations on your shrinkage! i have quite a bit to lose
too so i know how good you feel. cocky indeed! you've earned it!
now, i'm new, so maybe i'm wrong, but something tells me water joe is
not a paleofood! i find when i'm eating right i need almost no caffein;
maybe you could taper back if it's making you too wired. as for the
weight lifting, don't they have trainers at the u? i've found walking to
be a great tension releaser, and if i had access to a pool i'd swim.
calisthenics, pushups and crunches and such, would be good too. these
would all beef up your image in those tight pants! ;-)
