That is really true for me , when my blood sugar drop, i am in a state of
stress and look for foods everywhere but because i don't secrete cortisol i
end up in a state of panic like my survival was at stake( because i don't
get my blood sugar up via cortisol ) . that is the physiological basis of my
addiction to eating. ( i allways make sure that i have a lot of things to
eat with me at all time) ON top of that without suficient cortisol i am
unable to digest properly so become lethargic and exhausted ( a mean to
save sugar and energy?)
