I wasn't going to reply to this one, but what the
heck.
push-ups to failure
pull-ups to failure
some sort of upper and lower ab exercises to failure
and for the legs...pretend like your taking a dump
with you back up against a tree and hold it as long as
you would to read the newpaper in your usual setting.
Aerobic exercise is bad for you

How would you respond to non impact aerobic exercise?
As for the heart, I'd like to see some research on
this. I hardly think that having a resting heart rate
below 30 is bad if your fit and healthy as oppossed to
having a weakend heart and being 100 yrs old.
