We too have enjoyed using Duncan Hines.... that stinks... I know that up here in NJ most of the Shop Rite mixes were ok. Have you ever tried any of the organic options from a store like whole foods?? Although more expensive most are dairy free...... Beth

They are Duncan Hines - I do know the difference between Duncan Hines and Betty Crocker. I checked and re-checked. I also checked a variety of locations in our area. We are in Missouri. I have called the company, but have only been able to leave a message. So far, the lemon is still okay, but the yellow cake is not. The company has not confirmed this, but the packaging has. I forgot which dairy ingredient was listed on the box, but, toward the bottom of the ingredient listing, dairy is included. I have really enjoyed the safety of their products in the past.
