Yes, I've had the same problems.  I've even had the clueless person from
food service call my room.  I explained everything - blah, blah, blah...
My forms were stamped with all the allergens too.  I talked to the
nurses, they put it in my computer file, the works.  Well, in the AM they
sent "non-dairy" creamer for my cereal figuring that it couldn't have
dairy in it bc it was labeled non-dairy.  It was in a glass, so I have no
idea what was in it, but probably casein.  Fortunately, I was in the
maturnity ward and my DH would jsut bring me food in.  He'd make
sandwiches or whatever at home a mile a way and bring them over when he
visited.
