Just a note, my reaction to milk is all eczema. As long as I keep away from
milk I have zero eczema. The other thing that flares up my skin is
sulfites- mainly in beer and wine. Food allergies are so widely ignored as
a cause of eczema. Once I had a waitress who had awful eczema all over her
arms & neck, and (a telltale food allergy sign) around her lips. I felt bad
for her because I think some of the people at my table thought she had aids
or something much worse than eczema. I nervously pulled her aside after the
meal and told her that my skin used to be the exact same and sent her to my
allergist. I think she has totally cleared it up no. Until then she had
only been treating it at the dermatologist with an assortment of creams. It
really did wonders for my self image not to have rashes all over my body.
