Steve?<

I say, as I always do, that some people will and some people won't.
And some people will get indigestion without ever touching a drop
of milk -- or of meat. Such is the nature of food and digestion.

I continually counsel people not to jump to hasty conclusions about
what is causing their distress. The problem may be from any
number of foods individually or in consort, or from any number of
organic causes, or from drugs ranging from caffeine to prescriptions,
or from a too tight belt.<g> As somebody on the list wisely said recently,
you should not look for an "it" as a cause.

I do believe, however, that there is already enough confusion out there
about the differences between lactose and casein without adding to it.
