Hi,
I have found a couple of things that help me with low back pain - 3
products from Hylands Homeopathic. Calms Forte (also a sleep aid) and also
Hylands Leg Cramp and Hylands Low Back Pain formulations. I've not needed
Naproxin 500mg bid since adding the latter two formulations to the Calms
Forte regimen. The big plus, is that none of this stuff is
sedating/addictive. Prescription drugs tend to knock me on my little butt
and I'm more at risk of falling injury. Being "calm" is way better :)
Cheers!
Carla
