i got a good colestrol check last june, probably should not be thinking
about eating spam, potted meat or vienna sausages. however i can have the
cracker.

Not in a long time, Ken. Like you & Bobby, I used to eat it on crackers.
There's too much organ meat in it for those of us who need to watch the

Basically, it's butcher shop offal, water and salt ground to a fine paste,
boiled and canned. Let's just say it's an "acquired" taste.
